Our founder and owner, Darrell Devore, was born and raised in the Taylorville area. Directly after high school he joined and proudly served in the Marine Corps (2001-2005). While in the Marine Corps he was deployed to Iraq twice. After his service and honorable discharge Darrell returned to the Taylorville area and met his wife. He and his wife, Kaci, have been married for 10 years and have two daughters. Darrell graduated from the University of Illinois Springfield, with a bachelor’s in business management. Darrell has over 20 years of construction and project management knowledge that he brings to the home inspection industry. He graduated from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) licensure course for Illinois and is a member of InterNACHI.
